How to Order

How to order clothing with embroidery?  This is a two step order process.

For Clothing with a logo on the back.
1. Select item of clothing and place in your shopping basket
2. Choose the logo you would like embroidered from one of the categories i.e. Show Jumping. Click into the logo and follow all instructions on the logo page, this will also give you the options to embroider on the front of clothing as long as you have a back logo, for front embroidery, see directions below.

Clothing with lettering only.
1. Select item of clothing and place in your shopping basket.
2. Return to shop and select "Lettering only for Clothing". Here you have the choice of adding lettering to the front and back of your garment.

Clothing with embroidery just on the front with a small logo.
1. Select item of clothing and place in your shopping basket.
2. Return to shop and select "Embroidery for Front Only". Here you have the choice of adding lettering, as well as choosing from a range of logos.

When ordering, all fields need an answer, even if they are not required.  When you select "yes" for embroidery, a box automatically drops down below and this where you would enter your embroidery requirements.

For all other items i.e. Saddle Cloths, Rugs etc click on the category and click through to order.

Tips when Ordering

• Double check size.
• Make sure you have chosen the correct colours.
• Check the spelling.

If you are placing an order and you think there are details you need us to confirm i.e. thread colour or the layout of your design, please give as much detail as possible. You can do this by adding the required information under "Any Other Instruction”. There is one on every item on the website. Or, under “Special Instructions” on the checkout page.
