By using this Site and placing an order, you are agreeing to them. If you do not agree with, or accept any of these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using this Site immediately.
This Site is owned and operated by Equestrian Embroidery Limited (referred to in these Terms as ‘Equestrian Embroidery’, 'we', 'us' or 'our'). We are a company registered in England and Wales under number 9054402 whose registered office is at 8 The Maltings, Park Street, Thaxted, Essex, CM6 2NB.

We provide this Website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Images and details on this website are subject to copyright therefore we have no hesitation in taking legal action against anyone coping images from this website.
Prices & Payment
Prices of all products and services shall be stated on our Site, at the time you place your order in pounds sterling (£).
General orders must be paid for prior to embroidery and dispatch.
Payment of invoices for account customers - Invoices are sent electronically to an email address supplied by the customer and become due by return of invoice.
Overdue payment of invoices. The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013 which was introduced on the 16th March 2013 and will be applied. Plus, any costs to obtain money from invoices owed will be payable by the customer.
Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer – Please contact us for details. Credit/Debit Card. PayPal. Cheques - to be made out to Equestrian Embroidery Ltd (7 days clearance required).
Payment to us, via any payment method offered, Worldpay (Credit/Debit Card), PayPal and Bank Transfer, will be shown on your statement as Equestrian Embroidery Ltd.
Delivery & Refunds
You will find all information about delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations under 'Delivery & Returns'.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation email, confirming your order details. This will be sent to the email address supplied by you on your order.
Once your order has been placed, you can email and or call to amend any details, up until the time production has started. If work has already taken place, or in the process, and the customer has made a mistake on the order details, we take no responsibility for the customers mistake/s. If possible, we will try our best to help rectify the situation, but at cost to the customer.
If information on the order has not been provided, e.g. thread colour and or font, we will choose a style we feel would be most suitable.
If the design layout has not been specified, we will choose a layout we feel is most suitable for the garment/wording.
If we have any concerns regarding the order details, we will contact you before starting production, and not continue until we have received confirmation.
Product Information on this Site
Size and colour can vary substantially from brand to brand. If you have any concerns, please get in touch prior to ordering and we will be more than happy to help with any queries you may have.
We try our best to show a true representation of the colour and deigns of products on our Site, but please bear in mind that each individual screen can cause a variation in the colours we are showing. If in doubt, please get in touch.
We reserve the right to change product information, colour and sizes where necessary, to help improve the use of our website.
Whilst we try and make sure this Site, is up to date when you place your order, if an error does occur, or insufficient stock is available, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will try to offer an alternative product, as close to your original order, of equal value or higher value at no additional cost to you the customer.

Events Outside Our Control
We hold no responsibility for any breach on these Terms and Conditions caused by any unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control in which, failure to produce your order within the specified timescale, including but not limited to, strikes, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attacks or threat of terrorist attacks, war (declared or not) epidemic, pandemic, storm, flood or any other natural disaster.
If such an event were to occur, we will be in touch as soon as humanly possible.
